This CD is a helpful sales tool for you to use in a listing presentation or to pass out to potential Buyers or Sellers; giving them an insight to the home inspection process and letting them know what to expect.

The CD contains articles on "Keys to Having a Successful Home Inspection", "Preparing a House for a Home Inspection", the Burgess’ "Helpful Hints" booklet along with a 10 minute video that is useful for a first-time buyer because it walks them through the inspection process.
