Testimonials

"Shelly did an excellent job of inspecting.  She went over the inspection report in a very thorough manner and explained everything that she had flagged as deficient and what the level of severity might be now and in the future.  The report was easy to read and understand and the summary at the end was a concise recap and very useful in writing an amendment to our contract to request repair of the deficient items.

A little over a year ago you and some of your staff, including Shelly, spoke to the agents that attend our office meeting every Wednesday and I was impressed with your message and added you to the list of inspection companies (five) I provide to my buyers.

Having worked for a large corporation which was obsessed with quality and customer care and perception it was great to get your follow-up asking if we were satisfied and how you had performed.  It was the first request I have received from any of the inspection companies I have encountered in my real estate career.  Keep up the good work!"
